If you want to make a good impression on your clients and customers, you should consider custom binders for your next project.

According to explodingtopics.com, 55% of brand first impressions are visual and 81% of consumers need to trust a brand to consider buying. This is one reason why it’s so important to customize your 3 ring binder.

If you are using your binder as a sales tool to bring to meetings, or leave with potential clients, or if you are building a swatch book to showcase your product line in Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. then you need to make sure that your product line is presented professionally and that your brand is recognizable.

Here are some of the benefits of custom designing your company’s binders:

  • You can choose the colors, fonts, logos, and images that match your company’s style and products. This way, you can create a consistent and professional look for your binders that reflects your brand personality. Your custom binder allows potential customers to instantly recognize your brand.
  • You can customize the size, shape, and layout of your binders to fit your specific needs. Whether you need a large binder for a presentation or counter display, a small binder for sales meetings, or a binder with tabs and pockets for a corporate training event, you can create a binder that suits your purpose.
  • Improved customer engagement and understanding of your product offerings. When someone is walking through a store and sees your products on display in an interactive way, they are more likely to engage with your brand and products. If you showcase your product’s options in a way that is easy to understand, potential customers can learn about items they may not have previously known about.

Some things to think about before you start:

  •  Consider your needs. If you are designing a custom binder for a corporate training event, your needs are going to be a lot different than if you are designing a custom binder for a retail or showroom environment. A training binder might require a pocket on the inside to hold a workbook or notepad; while a binder for a showroom might need a heavy-duty structure to withstand the repeated use of customers. Don’t forget to make sure your 3 ring binder is large enough to hold everything you need it to!
  • Choose a reputable supplier. You want to work with a supplier that understands your needs and is capable of the customization you need. You might need to talk the project requirements over with a knowledgeable designer who understands manufacturing. Make sure you aren’t shopping blindly with an online retailer who doesn’t offer the assistance you need.
